Story time!

Buffalo Kind started as a passion project with a dream of creating something special. Our founder Andrew T. Krouse started working in the NYS Hemp and CBD program back in 2017 with a vision for something much greater. Fast forward almost 10 years and we are now operating in the NYS adult-use recreational market as a licensed Micro-business.

After spending two years as a NYS conditional-cultivator, we quickly learned that we had embarked on quite the journey. Being committed to the craft, we were determined to see it through. It wasn’t easy by any means but we’re here to tell the story!

In August of 2025, we were able to open up the village of East Auroras first ever dispensary. Through the support of friends, family, and so many more who we’ve been blessed to get to know, we cannot thank you all enough! It has been a privilege to get to know the local community and we’re so excited for what’s to come in the future. Stay tuned and don’t forget, BE KIND.
